The perfect fall 70s mod dress! It's a soft black velvet on the top, and the skirt is a vibrant geometric pattern.  It has a couple small holes at the bottom that I've shown in pictures and the stiff cuff on the neck doesn't quite want to lay flat (maybe it needs a steam), but in otherwise good condition. Seems to fit like a modern extra small; please see measurements below to ensure it'll fit you before purchasing.
