Rare model. Made in ITALY. 

Works. The fountain pen is in very good shape. Some normal wear signs. The pictures show the actual item. Please evaluate the condition yourself.

The cap marked:" 097 - ITALY "

The clip marked:" OMAS - ITALY"

No marking on the body. The Nib is 750 (18K) - M tip.

There is a small flaw Urushi lacquer spot on the top cap, please see photo #13.

The last 2 photos are for the size comparison to the vintage full size Waterman's 52 Red Ripple fountain pen (and its #2 nib). The Waterman's 52 Red Ripple fountain pen IS NOT INCLUDED in this auction. It is available in another listing. Please take a look if you are interest.
