this is an Adventures By Disney pin featuring Donald Duck's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie from Duck Tales.  one nephew is holding a passport and the word "Adios" is on the front.  I've had it safely stored in a pin book since I first got it.  please let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for looking and bidding!
