United States
#472*
10c Benjamin Franklin (1916)
Perf. 10
Unwmk.
Used

This stamp bears 2 or 3 creases in the upper right quadrant (image 1; upper left in image 2).
As far as I can tell, the perfin reads BS Co

*I have carefully studied this stamp using watermark fluid.  I cannot detect a watermark, so I conclude that this stamp is #472 (CV = $3.00).
[Watermarks can be very difficult to detect.  If this stamp has Wmk. 190, then it would be #433 (CV = $1.00).]

Shipping Combined:  $0.25 for each additional lot

Possible FREE USED STAMPS with Purchase

Specific low-value used stamps are hard to find for sale because the seller can’t make a profit, and yet they are typically very common.  If you are searching for such stamps for your collection, I might be able to help:

1.     When you Checkout on eBay, click on Message to seller.

2.     Enter the Scott Catalog numbers of the low-value stamps you need.  For this offer, a “low-value stamp” is defined as one that has the minimum catalog value ($0.25), but I will also consider stamps that have a higher CV (up to $0.50).

3.     You can enter up to 10 Scott Catalog numbers, which will be accommodated easily by the 500-character limit.  I will provide up to 5 stamps, but only if I have them in stock.  In other words, you may not receive any free stamps with your order, but you might receive up to 5.  You can request a stamp from any country.

4.     Here’s an example of what you might enter in the Message to seller box:

US #1036, US #1136, CANADA #1169, CANADA #1359c, GREAT BRITAIN #MH78, PAKISTAN #134a…(up to 10 stamps total)

5.     Be sure to click Add to save the information that you enter.

Good luck!
