Tomica Limited Vintage 1/64 scale, die-cast minicar (painted and assembled).
Toyota Coaster is well-known as Japan's representative microbus.
The first model was introduced in 1969.
The body design, which was surprisingly complete for a microbus at the time, never faded as the basic form of subsequent Japanese microbuses, and production continued with basically the same appearance until the model change in 1982.
The high roof specification is a body type added in 1977 when the chassis area was renewed.
This time, we have added the "Toei Minibus" specifications, which are well known to those in the know.
The Toei Minibus began operating between Tokyo Station North Exit and Shinbashi Station in February 1974 with the purpose of considering the future of route buses in the city center. All cars adopted were coasters, but in 1980, the cars were replaced with later model bases, and were operated until 1983.
This later model is identified by its yellow body color. This time, we have commercialized this late model.
The early model is also known to have been sold as Tomica Dandy, and the commercialization of the later model is a long-awaited one for minicar fans.
