This laptop has been fully tested and is in good working order. In, generally, good cosmetic condition all round, with some major marks and scratches to the lid - although screens are nearly flawless, with no major damage, keyboard and touchpads are both good also. In one of the corners of the base the screw and plastic have came off but, the base still stays on perfectly fine. We have installed Windows 11 Pro and it has been digitally activated. As well as this, we have also installed the correct drivers and all updates so the laptop is ready to go. Battery is in good condition and will hold a charge for at least a few hours, although this will depend on use. Genuine Dell charger is included in the sale along with a 60 day warranty.
