The Adelaide Restaurant Recipes booklet was compiled by David Sabine and Paul Sandercock for the 5 DN breakfast show segment called 'Eating Out in Adelaide'.

David Sabine interviewed restaurant owners and they presented a signature recipe each week. This is the publication of these, which was issued free to listeners who asked for it.

There are 22 A4 pages printed on a single side. 

One page has ink writing giving oven temperature and cooking time, which are not included in the printed recipe.
