To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Montblanc Art Patronage, Montblanc has introduced a limited-edition luxury fountain pen in honor of Gaius Cilnius Maecenas.

Inspired by the columns of Roman temples, the pen body is crafted from marble lacquer, paying homage to the material symbolizing the Roman Empire.

On the cap, the first verse of Horace's ode to Maecenas appears, resembling a ring, made of 925 pure silver.

The rhodium-plated 18K gold nib is adorned with exquisite laurel wreaths and engraved with the Roman numerals "MMXI," emphasizing that this unique edition is dedicated to the spirit of patronage.
