In bidding and/or purchasing the buyer agrees and does hereby release from all liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Quad Runners LLC, and any of its employees or agents. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damages occasioned by, or in connection with the use of parts purchased from the above mentioned seller.
