Jackson Mark Morton signature dominion dx2 2009 Gloss Black

Here for sale we have a Jackson Mark Morton Dominion DX2 in Black. Made in India in 2009, Lamb of God’s Mark Morton signature features a bolt-on construction consisting of a Nato body, maple neck topped with 22 Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with a fully adjustable chrome bridge with anchored tailpiece and sealed die-cast tuners with Jackson logo. The pickups installed are a pair of Duncan designed HB-101B Pickup, wired to a 3-way toggle switch, independent volume and tone controls.

The Maple neck plays very well, with the ‘D’ shape profile feeling nicely thin in the hand making all registers of the fretboard accessible. The satin finish to the rear of the neck makes for fluid hand movements and a pleasing feeling under the thumb. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, and with its 12” to 16” compound radius allows for comfort in the chording area, while allowing greater speed and cleaner string bending as you move up the neck.

The Duncan designed HB-101 pickups sound detailed, with plenty of sweet top end making it perfect for rock and blues whilst providing warm smooth sustain that would be suspect from a humbucker.  These pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes. The simple control layout offers comprehensive controls of the tone without being intrusive to the playing experience. This is a guitar that is ready to take on all styles.
