Unfortunately due to ebay being paranoid sellers are not allowed to give out any contact details until the item has been purchased & payed for unless it has the pay on collection option. So, yes, your are welcome to come and see it, but you must now purchase it first & if you do not like it then we have to go through the rigmarole of doing the refund and claiming back the fee's....yeah I know it's utter madness!!

The funny thing is, well actually it's not funny .. they know that in the UK we like to see before we buy, but they've decided to bring this rule in as too many people are dealing outside of ebay and they are not getting their fee's!!

If caught giving out details then ... and believe me this is true ... first time you get a warning, then after that you get suspended for 3 days, then if you still give out address details they can close you're account down even if the item is still clearly visibly available for sale on your listings page!!

They are also taking final value fee's if the item that the address was requested for is taken down from sale .. yeah I know it's getting ridiculous, as if they don't screw enough money out of us with all the different fees imposed already!

Listings Prices

Auction items are just that... for auction only & do not have a buy it now price, nor will the auction be ended early regardless of any story you might like to concoct to try to get me to change my mind.I especially abhor people who think it ok to use their children to try to get their own way.

Buy It Now items are just that and have been listed at the price I want for them.

  • Sorry this does not include Northern Ireland The Chanel Islands & some Scottish Isles. Please get in contact for a quote before bidding.
  • A failure to contact before bidding/ buying will see your purchase cancelled.
  • INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.. should be aware that any postage requested is determined by Ebay and not me. I use the global shipping programme to send internationally & have no say in the charges & cannot offer combined postage or over ride the system. 
  • Some smaller items are delivered via Royal Mail Second Class Economy Signed For as long as they fit through the Post Office measuring device.
  • Most smaller items are delivered via Evri (Hermes)
  • I use Evri to deliver the majority of my items as anything I send is being tracked.
  • Larger items are sent via another courier company and all are signed for
  • Parcels sent via Evri are automatically tracked at no extra cost and seeing as Ebay charge me 10% of the postage I charge you, I'm saving you money by not having to charge extra for the tracking.
  • I charge only the bare minimum (inc the 10% Ebay fee) that Evri charge (price rise January 2022) plus insurance for items over £20 
  • I mostly use new packaging but again the bare minimum is charged just to cover costs
  • I always combine postage on multiple purchases.
  • Auction items automatically go onto a multi purchase invoice, a new invoice with revised postage will be sent after you've finished purchasing your items. DO NOT PAY UNTIL NEW INVOICE IS SENT
  • Buy It Now items should be added to your basket in the first place then once you've finished go to checkout and please request a combined postage invoice. DO NOT PAY UNTIL NEW INVOICE IS SENT
  • Postage is based on not only the volume but also the value of the items inside and this has to be adjusted for the correct Insurance cover plus a signature my be required on certain items.

  • To enable a smooth, hassle free transaction, full payment is required at the time of purchase, regardless of whether the item is being delivered or collected in person unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Please ensure you enter the correct delivery Address/ Postcode & Contact Number (this is a requirement of the Courier Company) when making your payment as we are unable to modify the delivery address once the courier has been booked.

  • If your item is lost or damaged in transit, is not my fault, but I will do my utmost to get it resolved with either a refund or new item sent once I have contacted Evri for an explanation. NO REFUND will be given until a full investigation has been made by the courier company. 
  • Items sent via Evri will normally be sorted within a day or two (except weekends & Bank Holidays) of my being informed of the problem but items sent via Royal Mail can take up to 6 weeks to get resolved, so do PLEASE BE PATIENT!
  • When seeking a refund for items delivered damaged, proof must be provided in the form of Photograph's before any action will be sanctioned. No photographic evidence No refund!
  • If you are offered a partial refund & decline this offer, that is your problem not mine & should not be reflected in any feedback left.
