Created in 1971, USFS Woodsy Owl anti-litter, anti-pollution campaign bag.

Yellow plastic draw-string bag:

Overall size:  23" x 13 1/2".

Excellent condition without holes or tears.  I'm including a second matching bag that shows some surface wear.
