ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS IN PHOTOS

(& if it helps, it fits the mannequin quite well & the MANNEQUIN'S Measurements are approximately: Bust-34", Waist-27", Hips-34")

NOW FOR THE PARTICULERS....

The sleeveless dress has a full skirt with pink satin lining & tulle.

The 3/4 sleeve dress has a slimmer more body hugging fit, also lined in pink satin without tulle.

The matching long maxi wrap skirt is also lined in pink satin, has a hook and eye closure at the waist & tulle.

The lightweight matching coat is also lined in pink satin, has a hook and eye closure at the front of the neck & is adorned with a beautiful rhinestone button.

CONDITION...

Overall very nice vintage condition with some flaws....

The original metal zippers on both dresses work perfectly. All hook & eyes are intact. All rhinestones on the jacket button are intact. No holes, or fading.

FLAWS- There is very slight yellowing at the underarm area of the sleeveless cocktail dress as seen in photos. Not very noticeable but I certainly wanted to mention.

The biggest flaw is the elbow area on both sleeves of coat have come apart & need to be restitched. I have a feeling they were made too tight for the young lady that originally wore it and the seams opened. There are photos that show the open seams (Photos #22 & 23).

The paper like sizing in the lining of the skirt portion of the sleeveless dress has some tears which can be seen in photo #13. This cannot be seen when the dress is being worn.

Lastly, the last photo shows a very small minor soiled area on the skirt area of the 3/4 sleeve dress which can be seen in the last photo (photo #24)

A little more about the dress. It was found at an estate sale of a very well to do woman. It appeared all of her clothes were custom made for her. The house was a fantastic mid-century time capsule.

Also, it is a bit difficult to see in the photos, but the blue satin has an almost iridescent quality. At different angles and lighting, there is a pinkish cast to the blue. It is truly a beautiful set in person. It has been hanging out in a closet for far too long and needs to come out and have some fun again! :)
