| Returns | For returns due to change of mind, buyers will receive a refund only for the item cost, minus shipping fees incurred by the seller to ship the item and a 15% restocking fee. Any charges from the return process must be borne by the buyer. For returns due to failed delivery (unsuccessful delivery attempts were made to the eBay address provided), reshipment of the item can be arranged at an additional cost to cover the reshipment of the item. If buyers prefer a refund, the refund will be for the item full cost minus the original shipping fee charged to the seller. For returns due to wrong item received, buyers will receive a full refund and return fees will be borne by the seller. Packaging
Plastic sleeves and top loaders will be used where possible. Depending on size, photocard/postcard sets may be shipped via cardboard boxes instead.

- Product Guarantee: The products we sell are 100% authentic, official and direct from country of manufacture, unless otherwise stated in the item listing. All signed items are legitimate from various official events such as fan-sign events.
- Payment Details: Please make payment within 48 hours of auction ending or after placing items in cart. Please note that the items listed are in limited quantity and are sold based on a first-pay-first-serve basis. There will be no reservations for any party. An unpaid item case will be opened if no payment is received after 48 hours.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is not allowed once order is processed and tracking number is updated on the order. Please only purchase the items if you are 100% sure of your purchase.
- Combined Shipping: Combined shipping for multiple items is available upon request. We can combine items up to 2KG for shipment via airmail. We can also offer combined shipping for courier mail. No refunds of shipping cost will be provided if combined shipping is requested after order has been place - please request for combined shipping before ordering.
- Estimated Delivery/Arrival Time: Items will be shipped out within the next 1 working day after receiving successful payment. The estimated arrival time is approximately 10 to 18 working days after being posted out (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping may be delayed due to various shipping and tracking procedures, high volumes and customs clearance. In the event of a global pandemic, the estimated delivery and arrival time is expected to be significantly delayed. We do not ship to certain countries do to current restrictions, please contact us if you would like to check if we can ship to your country.
- Duties/Fees (International Buyers): Please note that import duties, taxes and any additional charges (such as duty/custom fees) are not included in the listed item price of shipping cost.
