Coach HC 6110 T 5475 Black Amber Glitter Gradient Eyeglass Frames 50-16-140 with Case that probably did not come with these glasses but since I had it, I wanted to include it. The eyeglasses seem to be in very good condition although you would have to get your own prescription lenses and probably get them fitted to your head. The case has somewhere, but is usable and large hard case.
