In some cases a dealer visit is required so please do your own research before purchasing.  Many times customers would ask me why are the paddle shifters not working or why are certain buttons not working then later realized they need SCN coding or was using the wrong module. Please be aware that Mercedes steering wheel swaps can be a complicated process. Even if it physically fits and even if all the cables can be plugged in things might still not work as they should.
