If more than one product is ordered, please be aware that they can be delivered separately.

luvvsi offers FREE standard delivery on all UK orders and this takes approximately 3-6 working days (Monday to Friday). All orders are sent with tracking information which will be added to the order. luvvsi cannot guarantee any specific delivery date and all dates shown on the order are estimated only, delays can be incurred outside of the control of luvvsi if situations occur such as mail strikes, regardless of specific carrier strikes as this has an impact on all other carriers as they are a chosen alternative.

Delays can also occur during high season demand such as Christmas & Valentines. luvvsi thanks you for your patience under such circumstances.

luvvsi.com will not accept any liability for loss or damage to products when a parcel has been left in an outdoor or outhouse ‘safe place’ designated or instructed by the customer.

Please be advised that parcels cannot be considered lost or undeliverable until 14 working days have lapsed since dispatch was made, if your order cannot be located or tracked, a claim will be made by luvvsi.com with the selected carrier and you will be offered a replacement or refund.

luvvsi does offer a faster shipping option of 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), the same possible delays as explained above may still apply in such circumstances. Faster shipping incurs an additional charge of £8.99 per order, regardless of the quantity of products.

If you do not wish to have your order delivered to your home address, luvvsi can offer delivery to a Work Place (in discreet packaging) or a Local Collection Point (Any available options are shown at check out). luvvsi does not accept any responsibility if the package is opened or inspected by any employers mail delivery office/team.

luvvsi aims to dispatch all orders received by 11:00 the same working day (Monday to Friday).

All the above terms exclude Public Holidays.

luvvsi reserves the right to offer only a partial refund if an order has been attempted to be delivered but any nobody is at the address or not collected from a local delivery/carrier office within the carriers holding time frame, resulting in the order being returned as undeliverable or not collected by the customer.

At luvvsi.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we are pleased to offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy for all unopened and unused items. This excludes Sexual Health products such as Condoms, Dams and Lubricants. If your product appears to be faulty, please contact luvvsi by private message with full details and information of the fault and you will receive a response within 2 working days.

Please ensure that you package all your items safely before returning them to us.

We highly recommend obtaining a free proof of postage certificate or use a trackable service when you send your return just in case it is lost in transit or there is any issue with us receiving it. Don’t forget to hold onto this information until we have processed your refund or replacement.

luvvsi accepts no responsibility for returned items that they do not receive, and the customer will need to make a loss claim with their chosen carrier.

Please note that the Returns Policy for luvvsi.com does not cover any faults that are caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

luvvsi are unable to refund the cost of return postage unless agreed prior to the product(s) being returned.

You must return all leaflets, cards, instruction manuals and packaging with your order (even if it is faulty) as we may not be able to process your replacement without this information.

If you have used the item, please make sure that it has been thoroughly cleaned. If we find that the item is not in a faulty condition a refund or exchange will not be honoured.

When ordering lingerie, underwear or swimwear, you are of course able to try this on for size but please wear your own underwear underneath as we will not be able to accept soiled or damaged items of this type for a refund or exchange, all items of this category must also be returned with original tags and labels intact with the original packaging otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return.

Unused Products: Please make sure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged (unless it is faulty), plus all wrapping, packaging and/or leaflets and instructions must be intact. Remember to detail whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Your request will be handled and processed as soon as possible, and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel. Please be advised that any originally paid postage costs cannot be refunded.

Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please make sure that you clearly detail the issues you are having. You may wish to contact our Customer Care team beforehand as some items may have remotes or battery compartments that have a trick to them!

All products are sold with a novelty intention and it is at the customers own risk of how the product is used.

All payments and refunds are managed by eBay, as such eBay will be displayed on a customers payment card statement. luvvsi cannot accept any responsibility for delayed refund payments or declined/delayed transactions.
