The vacuum has been used, but has been thoroughly cleaned and functions as intended. There are some surface scuffs from previous use, but no damage that affects the function - maintains great suction! Comes from non-smoking home. Comes with 1 NEW box of genuine Miele vacuum bags/filters. Comes with all attachments except for one and there is a little wear to the paint on the top of the handle, as shown. SEE PHOTOS.
