  • EARRINGS: All the earrings are sanitized. *On post styles, if we can't clean the backs to our satisfaction, we add stainless steel, silicone or plastic backs instead which are hypoallergenic for most ears. Let us know if you prefer sterling backs. If we have some that week, you are welcome to them. Please understand, original backs may be different shapes and could require further cleaning. Gemstones, beads, wood and other items attached may not be silver. Some earrings are stamped inside and/or on the post and are often hard to see.
  • *NEW means in the plastic with no signs of wear under a 20x loop. I am very picky about what is considered new.  "Normal wear" is a term I use for pre-owned jewelry. Any major flaws I notice will be specified in the condition box. As a fashion loving lady, I will only list what I would personally wear. If you find an item not to your liking, just request a return. No worries. We work hard for our feedback and will treat you well.
  • Each item will be wrapped separately to avoid scratches.
  • All jewelry is gently cleaned and polished and will arrive in a fabric organza gift bag or jewelry box. I sell in high volume so the item may need more polishing depending on your preferences but I do my best.

*HELPFUL INFORMATION*

  • We do our best to identify the gemstones. We use a Presidium Gem Tested when applicable and/or a diamond beam. Many stones are not listed on the tester such as apatite, bixbite, etc., so we GUESS. The only way to certify a stone to be natural is to send it to the GIA in New York. Commercial presidium gem testers can't differentiate between lab created and natural stones. The GIA charges $150 or more PER ITEM to certify a stone. You are always welcome to return an item if we have made a mistake or you don't like it. I would never mislead you. I'm a jewelry collector too! :)
  • We measure the gemstones as best we can. If we can't get an exact measurement due to the setting, we measure including the bezel. Measurements and carat weight are estimates and are not exact.
  • Some items will have acid marks or scratches from testing. We do our best to hide the testing area so you don't see it.
  • Vintage items will always have wear and stamps are often worn off or impossible to see. This is why we acid test every item. When we show the acid test, the scratch glows blue for sterling silver and disappears with plated metals.

We combine shipping! The first item is $4.00 and the rest are .50 cents. Heavy items can be $1.00 extra. International orders are combined by weight. When buying BUY IT NOW items, click on ADD TO CART, not buy it now. That way, the system will combine your order and discount your shipping. If you have any problems with combined shipping, let us know. I can always refund you if you over pay. We can invoice you on auction items, but not buy it now (due to the way the system is set up). We ship many fragile, expensive orders on a regular basis. All this is done by one person so please allow 48 hours for packaging time but 90% of all packages are sent the following morning. All packages are wrapped well so the delicate findings are not bend or broken.

Unpaid items after 48 hours are subject to cancellation or the unpaid assistant. If you are buying multiple items, you can pay by Friday.
