EBay handles collection and remittance of taxes from an increasing number of other states.  I combine shipping on won items but please aggregate things and pay in a single payment to save multiple paypal payments.

Typically $1 domestic shipping for this item/$2 international for items under $50 or 3 combined items up to $50, with $5 for domestic shipments over $50.  Domestic items under $20 or combined under $50 domestic will now use ebay's new tracking system where possible, which unfortunately means fewer stamps on outgoing mail.  International mail requiring tracking uses ebay's international system, which costs $15 (expensive, but still the cheapest option to get tracking).
