The booklet with stamps "EUROPA. Peace is the highest value of humanity" includes: a stamp sheet "EUROPA. Peace is the highest value of humanity", a "First Day" cover with the "First Day. Kyiv" cancellation postmark and a card. The back of the booklet contains a description of the issue in Ukrainian and English.

The stamp with the face value A features a drawing of a new peace sign based on the Celtic love knot by designers Linda Bos and Runa Egilsdottir. This work by Luxembourg Post won the PostEurop competition for the best stamp design. 

The stamp with the face value U and the postcard feature a drawing of a girl and a dove by the Ukrainian artist Maria Suslova (the drawing won silver in the European sketch competition).
