I don't know why but you almost never see $2 Bicentennial Error Notes and this one is the first year of issue.  It has been certified and graded by PMG as PMG 64 Choice Uncirculated EPQ.  It has the Neff and Simon signatures with the Exceptional Paper Quality designation.  The note pictured is the note you will receive.
