This is a brand-new GI Joe 25th Anniversary Blue HISS Tank with Cobra Driver from the Attack on Cobra Island line that was a Target Exclusive. This is from my personal collection and the item in the picture is the actual item you will receive.  This was never opened and has some wear from storage.
