Now in its fifth iteration, the Aune X1S DAC takes all of the company’s knowledge from over the years and packs it into a digital audio converter that serves as a great complement to any desktop or full-size listening setup. It’s equipped with a high-quality master clock that reduces unwanted digital jitter to <1ps. The asynchronous USB connection also ensures that you’ll receive only the most transparent and detailed signal from your digital source. The core frame of the X1S consists of the latest XMOS and 32-bit 9018K2M chipset. Capable of handling audio files up to 384 kHz, plus DSD, this powerful system also supports all the new high-end codecs currently on the market.
