Exp. date is March 2024, but I can tell you as I've been eating these, there is no way these are ready to simply just all of a sudden go bad because a certain date they have to put on the bag has arrived. They have to play it way safe with those dates AND the bags are obviously sealed! After you open it you should definitely eat it, but that would be the same with any beef jerky.
This beef jerky is AWESOME! I know you shouldn't dip into your own inventory but I have cracked open a couple bags myself and I 100% understand why these bags are $22 each from Amazon!!!!

Anyone who eats beef jerky knows: there's a massive difference between the good stuff and the cheap stuff. As I eat this brand myself I can attest that this beef jerkey is tender, just a little moistness and absolutely delicious. It is NOT hard and dry, not even a little bit!!!!
