Item is in good condition and full working order (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED). This item is used and may show signs of imperfections such as light surface scratches, slight fading, dirt/stains, scuffs, dents/dings and normal wear and tear. You will receive exactly whats pictured. Please look at all photos to make sure part will fit your car before buying it, as customers are ultimately responsible for all fitment issues. In most cases, part number(s) will be included to aid you. • All used Engines, Transmissions, and Electrical items must be installed by an ASE Certified Repair Facility. Items not Installed by a certified repair facility may/will void 30-day warranty. Any issues with our used item (requesting a return) must be stated on a valid receipt from the ASE Certified Repair Facility for warranty purposes and emailed or uploaded to eBay messages for a return to be accepted.
• We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell. All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of the item being received by the customer. Please, do not buy an item just to check and diagnose your vehicle?s problem. Up to a 50% restocking fee will apply for return reasons of Doesn't fit, Changed my mind, Found a better price, just didn't like it and Ordered by mistake. THE RETURN SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Item must be returned in original condition as when it was first received or refund may not be given if the item is/was altered in any way. All items must have our stamp/identification marking with no alterations or modifications made to be accepted. If an item was reprogrammed in any way, the return will not be accepted.
• All items are tested before being removed from the vehicle. If not functional at the time of testing, we will not sell. If the item is defective, we will state in the description that the item is defective and is sold for parts only. If you have any questions at all please ask before purchasing.
