📦 Carriers:

For our coffee shipments, we exclusively use USPS Priority. This ensures that your coffee is handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. For orders over 20 lbs, they will be shipped in various boxes, each limited to 20 lbs. Smaller orders are shipped as follows:

2 lb single bag orders ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope.

3 lbs and above ship USPS Priority in a sturdy cardboard box.

Your coffee is our pride, and it deserves nothing less than perfection. We package our coffee in a heat-sealed plain matte black poly bag, foil-lined with a moisture barrier, and equipped with a Degas Freshness Valve to maintain its peak freshness.

• No Tracking Scans: Sometimes, tracking scans may not update immediately. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.

• Shows Label is Created but Not Shipped: This typically means that your order is in the queue to be processed. Rest assured, you will be notified as soon as it's on its way.

• Shows Item in Other State: Occasionally, the tracking system may show your item in a different state due to sorting or routing. It should continue to progress towards its destination.

• Shows Item has been Delivered but Has Not: In some cases, the delivery status may show as completed, but the package may not have been physically delivered yet. This can be due to a scan error or the postman being tight on time. Please allow an additional day for delivery in such cases.
