Here's a very nice threadless stem from USA based Ritchey.  This one is the WCS and is a lightweight aluminum with a 4 bolt bar clamp for strength.  It is 6 degree reversable.

Condition is excellent.  Check out the pictures to see the great condition.  IF you are looking for a vintage 1" bar clamp with a more modern 1 1/8" steerer tube clamp here is a great option.
