This is a retired "Ichthus" sterling silver ring by James Avery. Hallmarked inside 925. Substantial weight of 12.6 grams. Size 7. Very 3-dimensional, beautiful detail. My pictures just don't capture the detail well, but it's in excellent condition, no issues, no dings, crisp detail.
