Beautifully OOAK handmade Vintage 1960's/ 70's  Lavender Lace Victorian Style long dress. Umpire waist has a semi sheer top with lace strips going vertical down to umpire waist where a  Deeper Lavender Velvet band & bow with long ribbon. From just under boobs is a semi sheer over a  taffeta lavender fabric. High neck  is semi sheer and long sleeves are semi sheer and have a snap . This dress gives many vibes from Victorian, All You need is a parasol and  you are ready for a Stroll.   Please know your measurements before you purchase, This is handmade so no size tag. see measurements below. Dress may have wrinkles from shipping .I got most wrinkles out by putting in my dryer with damp wash cloth for about 7 min. Looks beautiful on a mannequin for Spring display.
