Excellent Condition as shown, booklet is crisp and original, not a copy as most sold come with. Note: When George re-released this going from REH to SGR, the booklet itself was remade with pages showing SGR instead of REH. Although original in every way, the REH booklet is darker.  VHS is lightly used as shown.
