Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock transmission governor, Rambler part number 3153477. This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part. According to my vintage manuals, this is used on the following models and years with Flash-O-Matic Transmission:
1958 Rambler..Series 20 Rambler Rebel V8 and Series 80 Ambassador V8
1959-1960 Rambler..Series 20 Rebel V8
The governor assembly is in brand new, never used condition and is free of any damage. There is a spot or two of very minor surface rust from many years of shelf storage. May or may not need a light polishing up before installation. Cast on the piece 5G-958, 3, 15 and a W symbol with a circle around it. The original box is in good condition.
