Have you ever seen such a Kogo incense container before? 
Yes, it looks like a Natsume tea caddy. However, it is a kogo. Very rare and precious!!! Such kogo is very much appreciated by those who pursuit tea ceremony deeply. 

Please look at the photo #3 to compare the size of this kogo with the Chu-Natsume (standard-sized natsume at the left). 
Note: The natsume is not a part of this offering. 

The dew drops on the bamboo leaves are mesmerizingly depicted with tiny silver balls on the dark brown body. The body is coated with "Tame-Nuri", which is a Japanese lacquerware technique to emphasize the beauty of wood grains often applied to expensive tea utensils.   

It was made by a very reputable Makie artist TANAKA Soryo (田中 宗凌 in Japanese), who has been known for his high quality tea utensils. 

It is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or marks. White (shining) parts on photographs are reflection of lightening i.e., not flaw or blemish.
