This rug was woven by my maternal Grandmother on her Sears Roebuck Rug Loom.

Constructed of cotton carpet warp and carefully cut rags (she had eight children, so lots of rags).

She made many, many rugs, and there were several that were never used and stored away.

This rag rug is 29" wide x 48" long, not including the fringe.

Please note: the fringe on this rug is shorter at one end than the other.

The rug weighs a little over 2 pounds.
