SHIPPING

We have 2 shipping locations. Burnaby BC and Blaine WA. Shipping times are dependent on which location your item is at and which shipper it is taking it. eBay?s estimated shipping times are not always accurate. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are in a rush for your item so we can make sure you will get it in time.

USA SHIPPING: Most packages are shipped out of our warehouse in Burnaby BC Canada via UPS ground or Canada Post. Please note that US border customs can delay packages this is out of our control. Some packages weighing less then 2kg?s do not come with tracking if shipped Canada Post.

CANADA SHIPPING: Most packages are shipped out via Canada Post or courier. Please email us for shipping rates if you are in a remote location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Most packages are shipped out via UPS or Canada Post. For packages weighing less than 2KG they will be sent via Canada Post Small Packet Air (8-15 business days) or Canada Post Small Packet Surface (4-8 weeks depending on location) this small packet service does come with a tracking number. All international customers please email for shipping quotes.

RETURNS

PROBLEMS WITH ORDER:

Please inspect all items at the time of receipt. If you have any problems with your order, please message us ASAP. We will try our best to correct any mistakes in a timely fashion.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS:

If a part is lost or damaged in transit to you, please notify us right away. Delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If the item is damaged, please take pictures and note on the waybill when signing that the package was damaged.

RETURNS:

It is the buyer?s responsibility to make sure the parts purchased are correct for his/her vehicle. If you need to return an item for any reason, please message us right away. You have 30 days to return your item for a refund. All returns must be sent PREPAID to either our Burnaby or Blaine warehouse whatever is more convenient for you. Please message us for our return address. All returns must have a copy of the order details with the package. Please send us the tracking number for your return.
