This is a penny black stamp, chubby little boy. He’s wearing plaid pants and a sailor shirt with a patch on the elbow, and he is holding an airplane kite that has a little stars on it, and on the tail of the kite are little bows and stars and he has his little dog with them who looks like he has a baseball cap on, this stamp measures 3 1/4” x 4 1/2”.
