Item: British Colonel WWI Somerset Infantry Officers Tunic. DSO.MC.

A very nice conditioned lightweight British Officers Tunic to the rank of Colonel. skeleton lined with rank insignia for a full Colonel.  Two rank pips and one Kings crown.  Medal ribbon bar of bravery awards DSO, MC and WWI Victory Medal and WWI Service Medal.  Staff Officers gorget patched fitted to each collar.  The tunic is in very nice condition with no moth damage or staining, originally there was a very thin waist belt but this is missing.  This Officer must have been a very brave individual indeed as the two most important bar ribbons denoting the Distinguished Service Order and Military Cross.  The Tunic comes with a picture of the officer mentioned.  Size medium to large.
