For sale is a wonderful leather covered document box covered with brass tacks. Bottom shows many square nails. Nice iron lock with patent letters. No key. Large SW on top and painted in black on the bottom is S Wells. Leather handle is missing and there’s leather loss around the box. Measurements outside 15.5” long, 7.5” tall, 8.5” wide; inside is 13.75” long, 5.5” deep, and 7” wide. Hinges look like replacements.
