To our international customers:

We highly recommend considering the following conditions regarding our GT&Cs and the Right of Withdrawal. Both you will find down below of each article in German language (so called “AGB”; “Widerrufsbelehrung”).

In case any question/concerns regarding the generally applicable rules are upcoming, we kindly ask you to get in touch before executing a purchase.
To make use of the Right of Withdrawal you need to contact us no later than 14 days after the receipt of the article purchased and to follow the instruction given by email, which you will receive as soon as you announce to make use of it at eBay. 

Please note: It is the buyer’s obligation to bear all related cost for a return.

One exception to the Right of Withdrawal we highlight to all of our customers outside the European Union: The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of contract conclusion and whose sole residence and delivery address at that time was outside the European Union.

Shipping

Importand note related to Economic Shipping to the US: Please consider hugh delays when choosing Economic Shipping. Very long delivery times of at least 25-40 days must be expected. For destations in the western US or remote regions, the transit time can be signifiant longer.

The shipping cost for the article you intend to buy you find under section "Shipping and Payments". Please note that the costs listed there apply additional to the purchase price. 

Any possible costs regarding custom taxes and fees are not included in our prices. This potential costs are always at the customer expense and vary from country to country. In case you do not accept to pay them and withdraw the package, you don‘t have the right of a refund.

Sanvard® is not responsible for any delays due to customs inspections and clearance, or major forces that are beyond our control. The time an article is with the customs is considered. as added to the usual delivery time announced.

Once we have prepared the package you will receive a notification via eBay in which you can find the tracking number and the carrier used, so you can track the status of the shipment online.

Shipping address

Following rules apply: if you have paid via PayPal, we are obliged to deliver exclusively to the address that you captured at your eBay-account during the payment; with any other payment methods we will use the address indicated at eBay. In both cases, the customer is obligated to provide a valid phone number, which we will provide to our carrier to get the in the position to contact you in case any problem appear during the delivery. In the absence of a valid phone number your order may be delayed or remain pending until we receive the necessary information for the shipping.
