Excellent sounding vintage ADC 115A line matching transformer.

These 1940s ADC transformers are fantastic and sound similar to a Western Electric 111c. The larger steel core transformer produces an extremely flat frequency response but with a slightly darker and more saturated tone than the later (1960s - 1980s) transformers with a higher nickel content that can sound a bit hyped in the high frequencies. These vintage ADC transformers are great for adding color to synths, drum machines or other digital sources where you want a transformer balanced output.

The pictured UTC A series transformer is pictured as a size reference and is not included with this listing. Black wires connected to the primary and secondary connections. This transformer came from a 1940s ADC passive filter unit.
