Condition : This is nice crisp unmarked example. However the centre sheet is detached resulting in the two halves of the sheet separating. These (p.p.17/18 and 19/20) are sitting undamaged in the centre of the booklet. The single staple is rusted but is holding the rest of the guide firmly.
