WOW.... Amazing vintage celluloid Baby Doll.  Early Kewpie Doll?  It is hollow, string jointed, in a yellow jumper, with a cold painted face.  Wonderful detail and color. Marked on the back "Made Occupied Japan". Outstanding vintage condition. It measures 5 1/2" x 2 3/4" with its arms down.
