This is an old advertising paint can opener and bottle opener for - McMahon's, Phone 4-2141;  Benjamin Moore Paints.  When this opener was purchased at an auction it had this tag on it - McMahon's, Belle Plaine, IA.

It measures about 4 3/4" long.

It is in very good condition.
