Packaging: All packaging is done using bubble wrap & sturdy boxes with packing (either newspaper or peanuts, I avoid airbags where possible as they simply transfer impact to the items being packaged). I leave ample room for knocks by the service providers, at my discretion a thick walled cardboard box may be used and spacing may be a little less, this is almost ONLY for small items.
Mailing: My items are always packaged well and padded to try and mitigate those knocks and bumps in transit. My seller feedback speaks for itself. I keep you informed of the packaging process and stay with the parcel every step of the way with updates (particularly if the item is travelling internationally).
Feedback: If there are any issues, please contact me asap to sort it out, I pride myself on excellent packaging and service and it is in my interest to keep my feedback in good stead. Some sellers care only about the sale and couldn't care less about the condition with which it arrives, this is not my philosophy.
Questions: By all means, more photos, questions, whatever it is. No such thing as a stupid question, only a stupid mistake. I do ask that when you send questions it not be related to discounts or deals (unless you are buying multiple items, then we can discuss) as the price is as listed. I will not tolerate abuse, if this occurs (as it has before), you will be reported, blocked from the buyers list and we will not do any business ever. I do apologise, but necessary steps are needed to protect myself from certain individuals on this platform.
