Dust Jacket Condition Details
This is a very nice and jacket that outside of one issue would have been "Near Fine"; there is moisture damage that cause some bleed to inside white bottom edge (see pictures) and it can be seen a bit on actual cover along bottom edge on both side of spine...it really presents well from the outside but it is absolutely there, but no damage to the book itself so not sure what happened.
The cover colors and illustrations are bright and clean with no sun fading.
Minimal edge wear along the top and then of course bottom edge.
Corners are great with just slight bump to back upper corner.
Virtually no rubbing to covers.
Spine is in great shape with minor top and bottom edge wear.
Unfortunate there is the moisture damage to bottom edge, but overall a nice jacket, but definitely not perfect.
Book & Boards Condition Details
There is no writing or inscriptions inside or out.
The cover colors are bright and clean with no sun fading.
Corners are in excellent condition with just slight rubbing.
Some minor edge wear with a about a 1" light mark along top front edge near corner (see pics).
Minor rubbing/wear to the covers with a light discoloration to the back in the red cloth...I have seen this several times and am not sure what does it (see pics).
The spine is in great shape with very minor rubbing and some edge wear in cloth top and bottom edges.
The binding feels as though it has not been read or if it was, it was once carefully.
There is a very slight bow to the boards but not bad at all.
Pages are clean with no bumping to edges, very slight waviness to a handful of pages close to upper spine, and just a few light marks to edges, but very clean overall (see pics).
As you can see from the pictures, the book and boards are in very nice overall condition, but not perfect with just minor flaws as listed above. Again, if you need more pics or deeper description of something please contact me.
