Year of birth 1923, Kirovograd region (Ukraine). Nationality - Ukrainian. Member of the CPSU since 1952. Date of issue of the document January 21, 1964. The document was issued by the Kotovsky city military registration and enlistment office (Odessa region). Civilian and military specialty: Locomotive service technician (driver of steam and diesel locomotives). In 1974 was removed from military registration.

Material: cardboard, paper, watermarked paper
