This sculpture, created by Felix De Weldon, depicts the famous "Raising the Flag" moment on Iwo Jima during World War II. The statue, made of resin and standing at 10.5 inches in length and 5 inches in width, features a movable flag and is a limited edition piece produced in 1990 by the Franklin Mint.

The sculpture is a rare find for collectors, especially those interested in World War II memorabilia. This is a must-have for any serious collector who wants to own a piece of history. This piece is flawed. It is missing its base, one soldier is missing his gun, one has a broken sword, one of the hands reaching for the flag pole is loose, and it is dusty from years of display. I have lightly cleaned it but it will definitely need more cleaning. I believe it is made of bronze colored resin.
