Decals feel slightly raised for a more 3-D effect. Color is blue with a multi-colored spring/garden print featuring flowers, birds, the sun, watering cans, bugs, etc. Elastic waist with a pink bow on the front. Material is 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Faux pockets with ruffled edges. Bottom of leg openings are ruffled as well. Slight fading from wash wear. Some decals have light cracking. Otherwise in good shape.
