Sony PS4 SLIM White For Parts or Repair

For sale is a Sony PS4 Slim which was originally purchased for parts. No hard drive provided, but I can add a 160GB HDD if you need one - pls let me know in the comments. 

This console has been opened, thoroughly cleaned and was initially working. I can confirm that it has Firmware 9.00 which is much sought after. 

The console does not power on and seems to be stuck in WLOD. I am providing full disclosure on this so you know exactly what you are purchasing. I don't have the time or inclination to investigate as I am in the process of selling my PlayStation collection. May be an easy fix...See photos for details. Overall the console has some minor scuff marks etc.
