Shipping / Claims Policy
UK MAINLAND
Order (s) are shipped within 24 hours of payment unless stated to UK Mainland via Royal Mail (No Tracked) service.
Any orders during Business holidays, Bank holiday and weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Residential Flat Building with multiple house number must be clearly mentioned on eBay Address as we use eBay shipping system to dispatch your order. If you wish to redirect to a safe place such as your local post office or another recipient please make sure you add there details on your eBay shipping list.
Order (s) should arrive within 3-10 working days and not eBay estimate date.
Please always check at your Local Postal Sorting Office if you have not received it within 5-7 working days as it is usually kept their if you were not at home or live in remote location where the courier cannot find your property.
International Tracked Service: Order is shipped internationally via Royal Mail International tracked service. It should arrive within 5-30 working days and not eBay estimate date. All local custom fees are paid by the customer.
